The year 6 students held a farewell event at the School Hall yesterday. The event was 

attended by the Deputy Headmistress, Cikgu Christine Corvinna binti Sinu as well as 

teachers.

Special thanks to
our headmistress, Cikgu Hajah Nurul Inani for giving special treats to 17 students of Year 6 and 10 teachers to watch private movie today.  The event took place at the new Tutong Cineplex, Kampung Petani Tutong.

SRPKBB II meets parents and guardians of Year 5

The academic performance of our Year 5 students has been our primary concern as by next year of 2015 they will be sitting their PSR examination. Thus, our headmistress and deputy headmistress held a parent teacher meeting in order to update parents and guardians on the academic progress and brief ways to improve academic development of their children. 

After this meeting, parents and guardians are highly expected to give continuous support and effort by monitoring the progress of their children at home throughout year 2015. Parents are also reminded that PSR first trial will be in March 2015. 

The meeting was held in the school library.

SRPKBB II meets parents and guardians

Our school conducted its 4th term annual parents-teacher meeting which was held at the SRPKBBII school hall. 

Attending this event were parents and guardians from Year 1 to Year 5. 

Class teachers were present to attend parents who were primarily came to get their children's end-of-year examination results. 

In addition, parents and guardians have the opportunity to interact with class teachers and exchanged information on their children's
performance in school.

Preparation for SEDEx 2014

There are few days left before the SEDEx 2014. 

Below are some snapshots taken for each process:

After packaging, students need to label it

      The label is important as it contain information on the school's name, pupil's name, 

      year, price and type of product. Below are some snapshots of pupils in action:

In the final process, pupils are asked to label their own products. Pupils are reminded to stick the label appropriately so that their products can be easily seen by clients.

Other preparation includes:

(1) flyer and letter to parents
(2) consent form for parents
(3) baskets and storage
(4) teacher's schedule during SEDEx
(5) table cloth, stationary and others.

3rd Term School Holidays!

Khatam 68 Kali sempena Hari Keputeraan KDYMM

9/8/14 Dua orang wakil pelajar yang telah terpilih untuk menyertai Majlis Khatam Al Quran 68 Kali sempena Hari Keputeraan KDYMM Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah yang ke 68 Tahun bagi tahun 1435H / 2014M. Majlis diadakan di Masjid Hassanal Bolkiah Tutong. 

Pelajar yang dipilih ialah Norhamizah bte Mohd Zainul Ariffin dan Syazani bin Moksin, pelajar Tahun 6. Ustaz Mohd Sharon merupakan guru pengawas yang telah diamanahkan untuk melatih kedua-dua pelajar ini. Alhamdulillah, semoga akan mendapat rahmat dari Allah SWT jua. Aamiin..

Majlis Khatam Al Quran sempena Bulan Ramadhan 1435H

17/7/14 Sekali lagi pihak sekolah telah mengadakan Majlis Khatam Al Quran bagi Guru-Guru, Kakitangan dan Ibubapa/penjaga bagi tahun 1435H bersamaan 2014M. Majlis telah dijalankan di Dewan Serbaguna SR PKBB 2. Ketua Kampong Bukit Beruang, Awang Ahmad bin Aman, telah dijemput sebagai tetamu kehormat majlis.

     Peserta-peserta khatam bagi tahun     1435H/2014M 

Majlis Khatam Al Quran merupakan majlis tahunan yang diadakan sempena Bulan Ramadhan. Tahun ini merupakan kali ketiga sekolah mengadakan majlis sepertinya. Selain itu, pada tahun ini sekolah juga mengadakan Solat Sunat Dhuha pada setiap pagi dan diselajurkan dengan majlis bertedarus. Alhamdulillah, semua yang dirancang dapat dijalankan dengan baik. 

Semoga apa yang dilakukan di dalam bulan Ramadhan ini akan mendapat rahmat dariNya jua. Aamiin.. Hingga berjumpa di Ramadhan akan datang, Insya Allah..

For the second time this year, the school had succesfully arranged an event in conjunction with the 2nd Anniversary of Model School, a celebration of Family Day and the Opening of Kenali Sekolah Kita. The event was held at the Multi Purpose Hall with Madam Tan Lian Lian as the Guest of Honor. 

It was such a fun day with all the cooperation from the sports participants as well as the school members. It's hoped that we can arrange more events in the future. Thanks for all the support, time and sponsors 😊

Kejohanan Futsal Zon Tutong II

SRPKBB II pada tahun ini telah dipilih untuk menjadi tuan rumah bagi kejohanan futsal sekolah-sekolah rendah zon Tutong II. Kejohanan berlangsung selama tiga hari bermula pada 13 Mei 2014 hingga 15 Mei 2014. Sebanyak 12 pasukan telah menyertai kejohanan tersebut dan dibahagikan kepada dua kumpulan. SRPKBB II termasuk di dalam Kumpulan B bersama pasukan dari SR Bukit Udal, SR Kg Bukit, SR Lubok Pulau, SR Danau dan SR Tumpuan Telisai yang berlangsung pada 14 Mei 2014.

Pasukan sekolah telah berjaya mara ke peringkat suku akhir dengan menentang pasukan dari SR Panchong dari kumpulan A. Dari perlawanan itu pasukan sekolah tewas tanpa jaringan berbalas 1. Pasukan sekolah kemudian menentang pasukan dari SR Tumpuan Telisai untuk mencari tempat ketiga dan keempat. Dari perlawanan itu juga pasukan sekolah sekali lagi tewas di tangan SR Tumpuan Telisai tanpa jaringan berbalas 2. 

Walaubagaimanapun, pasukan futsal sekolah telah menunjukkan corak permainan yang sangat baik dan bersemangat tinggi di sepanjang perlawanan saringan demi mara ke peringkat suku akhir. Pada tahun ini juga pasukan telah menunjukkan kemajuan yang jelas dari tahun sebelumnya. 

Pihak sekolah ingin merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan kepada jurulatih pasukan, Cikgu Abdul Azim, Ustaz Mohd Sharon, Cikgu Ong dan Cikgu Siring di atas latihan dan semangat yang diberikan kepada pemain dan juga kepada semua AJK kejohanan yang terlibat secara langsung ataupun tidak. Pihak sekolah juga ingin berterima kasih kepada semua pemain kerana telah bertungkus lumus demi mencapai kejayaan yang disandang. Semoga akan terus dan lebih berjaya di masa akan datang.
